   How long will it take for my card to arrive?

   If you place the order before 4pm on a weekday (excluding UK bank holidays) then it will be posted first class the same day.

   What payment methods are accepted?

   We currently support payment with Visa, Master Card, American Express, Visa debit, Meastro, Solo, Switch and PayPal. The credit cards are processed through PayPal however you do not have to have an account to use the payment gateway. Payment is secure and we DO NOT hold or pass your credit card data through any of our networks or servers.

   Is the payment secure?

   We use Pay Pal which is one of the most respected and secure to process all payments. They use SSL encryption technology to protect your data to the same level as your bank.

   The cards are printed on heavy weight card using the latest high tech industry printers.

   We are constantly designing new cards which will be released on the site periodically so check back often!

   Should the card you receive be damaged in transit or defective then please email us immediately and we will reprint your card and send it to you free of charge.

   All the products listed on the site are subject to VAT (currently 17.5%). The receipt from your purchase includes the VAT information.

   How big are the cards?

   The folded size of the cards is 119mm x 180mm which is just slightly smaller than an A5 page.
